Bare ej accepts returns and exchanges for store credit only. Item must be non-sale, unworn and not damaged with all tags attached. Returns and exchanges are only eligible within 7 days from the package delivery date.
All returns and exchanges must be approved before the return process is initiated.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We thoroughly inspect all of our pieces multiple times before we send it to the carrier for shipping. However, in the very unlikely event that you do receive a damaged or defective item, along with your order number please take pictures and send details to info@bareej.com IMMEDIATELY.
WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. BARE EJ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES THAT MAY OCCUR WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER ONCE THE ITEM(S) HAVE LEFT OUR OFFICE. PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER DIRECTLY.

If you have emailed us the requested information and if the return is approved:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the entire return process for your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
